（中央社記者蘇龍麒新北市19日電）新北市長朱立倫今天宣布自20日開始請假，帶職參選2016年總統。他說，帶職參選在國內國外、過去到現在，都是很普遍的。

朱立倫17日獲得中國國民黨徵召參選總統，將原本定於每週二召開的市政會議，提前1天召開，並且宣布自20日起，請假投入2016年總統大選，選戰正式開跑。

朱立倫上午在市政會議後宣布請假，他說，市政工作一定會延續，不管透過電話、網路、LINE、簡訊，都會持續掌握，團隊也全心努力。

朱立倫表示，帶職參選是依法辦理請假，這段期間一定會全心全力爭取民眾認同與支持，如果有機會獲得勝選，將共同為台灣、也為新北市民打拚。

朱立倫說，帶職參選在國內國外、過去到現在，都是很普遍的。

他說，對於民進黨的政治動作或負面選舉，他認為台灣民主要向上提升，過去也多次向民進黨主席蔡英文提到，不管如何，台灣民主在這一代，要摒棄過去對抗式的衝突，要理性辯論。

朱立倫說，他自20日開始請假，今天把所有市政工作，請各首長來協助。1041019
