（中央社記者顧荃台北5日電）台北市長柯文哲日前曾說公宅政策能否實現應跟議員賭「切腹自殺」。柯文哲今天說，他沒有把議會當敵人，「就那個嘴巴賤」。

台北市議員李慶元日前遭國民黨開除黨籍，今天宣布加入親民黨議員黃珊珊、林國成和無黨籍議員陳政忠組成的質詢組，成立「親民問政小組」，柯文哲和親民黨總統參選人宋楚瑜共同出席小組成立茶會致意。

柯文哲致詞時表示，李慶元被國民黨開除這件事，他是替李抱不平，「我覺得太扯，（李慶元）只是講實話」，不能因為講實話就把人開除掉，這沒道理。

柯文哲說，宋楚瑜剛剛提到水火同源，行政單位和監督的議會，表面看起來相剋，事實上是相互調理，他覺得講的很對，「我沒有把議會當敵人，就那個嘴巴賤」。

他說，以前在台大是優良老師，愛講笑話，當市長還是改不掉，現在攝影機隨時都在，分不清有沒有攝影機的差別。

陳政忠則笑說，他跟柯文哲有「切腹之緣」，但他不賭氣、不對抗，因為知道柯文哲是為了市政，他日前接到柯文哲的道歉電話後，就不接受媒體採訪，因為「我深深感受他的用情之深」。1041005
